Introducing LCG Open Access !

It’s a back-up plan to your back-up plan. This option supports our Back-Up Care and Funded Child Care solutions. No matter where in the U.S. your teams live or work, you can meet their needs. If no LCG school is available to care for your working families, then out-of-network centers are an option. Employees choose a licensed child care center (or even privately secured care) and get reimbursed.

Note: At LCG, our more than 1,050 community schools are licensed and insured. All LCG caregivers must pass a thorough background check. When selecting a non-LCG school through Open Access, each family takes on the responsibility to perform their own review and determine their own confidence and comfort in that child care option. Please note that LCG does not complete background checks, site visits, or a licensing review of non-affiliated and/or third-party child care providers outside of the LCG brands of schools.
