This depends and will be unique to each situation. Learning Care Group has experience with primarily two different paths: retaining your existing brand or eventually transitioning your brand to one of our 11 unique brands . This would be further discussed and determined as we work through the transition process.
Your curriculum would eventually transition to one of Learning Care Group’s preferred curriculums. Our educators and dynamic curriculum strive to provide high-quality early learning experiences customized to meet the developmental needs of every child. We offer distinctive and fun early education and care in a safe and nurturing environment, partnering with families to prepare young learners for success in school and in life.
It varies. We have best practices (and we’ll share those as potential recommendations), but we’re open to your vision. As a starting point, we will discuss your currently preferred ways of communicating with staff and parents. You have the history of what works and how the staff and parent groups best consume and respond to new information.
